• Good cocoa fermentation practices that has  continued to give Ghana’s cocoa high premium
• First time ever purification and presentation of Electron Micrograph of the Cocoa Swollen Shoot Virus
• Development of by-products from the mandated crops that has given birth to the New Products Development Unit of the Institute.

Instruments and Equipments Available

These include, Waters High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Varian Gas Liquid Chromatography with Mass Spectrometer as detector, Rotary Evaporator, SunScan Canopy Analysis System, Porometer, Soil Moisture Probe, Infra-Red Gas Analyser and Windias Leaf Area Analyser.
