The new website has detailed information about CRIG, and it has special features such as
1.Forum where visitors to the site can login and communicate and share ideas with research scientist at CRIG and around the world
2.Newsletter subscription section will allow visitors to the site to subscribe to CRIG newsletters. The newsletter will be emailed regularly to the subscriber
3.Vacancy Section. This section will show job opportunities at CRIG
4.Research update. This section will give information on research work and finding being undertaken at CRIG.
5.Cocoa by Products. This section show cases the products developed by CRIG research team using cocoa by-products
6.Feedback form. This section also allows the visitor to the site the opportunity to feedback or request information.

Local and global partnership is increasing income for sorghum farmers and creating employment opportunities in West Africa

Through a sorghum project financed by the Common Fund in West Africa, local subsidiaries of European brewers Heineken and Guinness have been working with local farmers, purchasing grain for their brewing production needs, and thereby enabling thousands of farmers to have a stable and steady income base.
So, can the development of brewing industries stimulate the regional economy?
